Fractional Finance Support
Fractional work is becoming more prevalent in the modern workforce. Because of this, our client base is constantly growing. Depending on what you’re looking for, we potentially have projects for current fractionals, or for those who already have full-time jobs and are looking to do some extra work on the side. Your Background
You have worked on or owned FP&A teams at start-ups and have helped them scale. You have extreme attention to detail, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and you like to work independently. You learn quickly and partner with business owners and executives to help drive positive business outcomes.
Your Experience
You have at least 4 years of work experience. You have spent at least 2 years in the FP&A function. You have worked at (at least) one start-up. Not a requirement, but a plus if you have worked in investment banking, PE, VC, or consulting firm. Your current employment status is not important.
