You have worked on or owned FP&A teams at start-ups and have helped them scale. You have extreme attention to detail, strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and you like to work independently. You learn quickly and partner with business owners and executives to help drive positive business outcomes. Owners and executives to help drive positive business outcomes.

You have at least 4 years of work experience. You have spent at least 2 years in the FP&A function. You have worked at (at least) one start-up. Not a requirement, but a plus if you have worked in investment banking, PE, VC, or consulting firm. Your current employment status is not important.
